"Fantastic service. We used Tom for a full drainage survey on our house, we would thoroughly recommend him. His response to initial enquiry was prompt, he turned up on time the next day, completed the survey, answered numerous questions on site and provided advice at the time. We had the full report, with CAD site plan, CCTV footage, quotes and site photos that same evening! He even responded to further enquiries we had outside business hours, he was polite, professional, and friendly. We had many questions and he answered them all comprehensively and swiftly.
We plan to use Tom for some remedial works, so will update this review in due course."

"Absolutely fantastic company, great service! Called them with an issue with my drains, all toilets were backing up & no drainage. Spoke to a pleasant young man on the phone who assured me they would be there by the end of the day to sort it. Two hours later they arrive on my doorstep ready to go. They were there a good hour or so doing whatever they do then told me all was done. Naturally the first thing i did was flush the loo to make sure everything was back to normal & to my amazement it was & not just that everything was spotless.
