Drain Relining & No-Dig Repairs
A cracked or collapsed drain doesn't have to mean destroying your patio or driveway. Our trenchless resin relining technology creates a brand-new, structurally sound pipe inside your old oneβwith zero excavation.
How No-Dig Drain Repair Works
Whether it is a small 1-meter fracture or an entire 15-meter run of deteriorating pitch fibre, we use structural CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) lining.
Preparation
We first use high-pressure water jetting or robotic flails to remove roots, scale, and debris, returning the damaged pipe to its original bore.
Insertion
A flexible liner impregnated with a specialized two-part epoxy resin is inverted and fed through the pipe via an existing manhole.
Curing
The liner is inflated using compressed air, pressing it tightly against the walls of the old pipe until the resin sets rock-hard.
Types of Repair We Offer
π Localized Resin Patch Repairs
If you only have one isolated fracture or a single slipped joint causing leaks, we don't need to line the whole pipe. We insert a small fiberglass patch that bonds to the damaged area, creating a permanent structural seal.
π Full-Length Drain Relining
For extensive damage, root ingress, or deteriorating pitch fibre pipes, we line the entire run. The new inner pipe has no joints, meaning tree roots can never enter it again. It is fully guaranteed and often stronger than PVC.
π Traditional Excavation
While we resolve 90% of faults without digging, total pipe collapses sometimes require excavation. If needed, our groundwork team handles the dig, pipe replacement, and surface reinstatement (tarmac, block paving, or concrete).
